LEARNING THE LANGUAGE OF PUSSY

Today's practice is all about learning how to communicate with & listen to the guidance of pussy.

 

DAY 2 OVERVIEW:

Day 2 has two parts that you can do in any order: 

Part 1 - Pussy Breathing - an exercise where you learn how to communicate with & listen to pussy 

Part 2 - Ask Pussy - Throughout your day, ask pussy questions & let her be your decision-making guide

"ASK PUSSY" STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Throughout your day, ask your pussy questions when making simple decisions. Ex: 

  • What coffee you should order
  • What song to listen to in the car
  • Which shirt to wear

2. The best way to do this is to ask her either YES or NO questions (Should I take the long way home - yes or no?) or Two-option questions (Do I order a latte or a cappuccino?) 

3. You can experiment with asking her bigger questions too: 

  • Do you wanna be touched right now?
  • Do you want to have sex?
  • Do you want to go on this date? 

4. The goal is to start to listen to her wisdom and consult this part of you more often in your life

PUSSY BREATHING STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Use the guided audio for this practice to guide you through the breath process [6 mins long]

2. Do 4 minutes of pussy breathing

3. Drop your attention into your pussy,  listen to her & see if she has a message or wisdom to share with you

Notes about the breath: 

  • Breathe in & out of your mouth with a relaxed jaw
  • Let your breath be slow & sensual
  • Breathe all the way down as if you can send your breath down into your pussy
  • Keep your attention with the breath and in your pussy as much as possible 
  • Allow any natural movements, sound and/or emotions move through you

HELPFUL TIPS + FAQS: 

  • When listening to pussy, don't think too hard about it! Try your best to get out of your head and into listening mode
  • If you feel like you don't get a message or a clear yes or no - don't worry about it - even just pausing to ask what feels best in every moment is a powerful practice
